Nature of the Platform
Micatronix is a multi-vendor online marketplace specializing in MEP equipment and solutions. The platform allows approved vendors to list their products, and each vendor is responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions, as well as for product quality and warranty.
Account
- The details you register with must be accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
- We have the right to suspend any account used for prohibited or fraudulent activity.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We issue an electronic tax invoice for every order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, and the price that applies is the one at the time your order is confirmed.
Product Availability
A product being listed on the site does not guarantee that it is in stock. If a product runs out of stock after your order is confirmed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
Registering as a Seller
- Applications to join as a seller are subject to review by platform management, and approval is not automatic.
- The seller is committed to the accuracy of their commercial registration and tax number details.
- The platform deducts an agreed commission percentage from the value of each completed order.
- The platform has the right to suspend or remove any product that violates regulations or platform policies.
Intellectual Property
The Micatronix name, logo, and site design are owned by the platform and may not be used without written permission. Product images and descriptions belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
The platform makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed, but it is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from improper installation or misuse of products. MEP equipment must be installed by a qualified technician.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute will be settled before the competent judicial authorities in the city of Jeddah.
