We ship to all cities across Saudi Arabia. This page explains delivery times, costs, and how to track your shipment.

Delivery Time

• Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam: 1 to 3 business days.
• Rest of the cities in the Kingdom: 3 to 6 business days.
• Remote areas and villages: 5 to 8 business days.
• Heavy or oversized products (industrial fans, air handling units) may require special shipping arrangements. Our team will contact you to schedule delivery.

Shipping cost

Shipping fees are shown in full on the checkout page before you pay, and are calculated based on order weight and delivery city. Products marked "Free Shipping" are shipped at no charge.

Processing Time

Orders received before 2 PM on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after that time or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Track your shipment

As soon as your shipment leaves the warehouse, you will receive a Tracking Number by email and text message. You can also check your order status under "My Account" ← "Orders".

Receiving and Inspection

Please inspect the package in front of the delivery agent before signing for it. If the package is open or visibly damaged, refuse delivery and let us know right away — this makes an exchange much easier.

Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt delivery 3 times. If we can't reach you, the shipment is returned to the warehouse and we contact you to reschedule. Re-sending the shipment after it has been returned may incur new shipping fees.

Shipping Outside Saudi Arabia

We currently ship within Saudi Arabia only. If you need shipping to another Gulf country, contact us and we will arrange a special quote.
