We ship to all cities of Saudi Arabia. This page explains the delivery time, cost and how to track your shipment.

Delivery time

• Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam: From 1 to 3 working days.
• The rest of the Kingdom’s cities: 3 to 6 working days.
• Remote areas and villages: 5 to 8 working days.
• Heavy or large-sized products (industrial fans, Air handling units) may need to arrange special shipping — our team will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Shipping Cost

The shipping fee is fully displayed on the order completion page before you pay, It is calculated according to the weight of the order and the city of delivery. Products marked ” Free Shipping” are shipped without any fees.

Preparation Time

Orders received before 2 p.m. on working days are processed the same day. Orders are processed after this or on public holidays the first business day of the next day. The processing time is separate from the delivery time.

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your shipment leaves the warehouse, you will receive a tracking number on your email and a text message. You can also check the status of the order from “My Account” ← “Requests”.

Pick-up Inspection

Please inspect the package in front of the delivery representative before signing for pickup. If the package is open or visibly damaged, I declined pick-up and we informed right away — it’s very easy to exchange.

Delivery Attempts

The forwarder will try delivery 3 times. If you don’t get in touch with me, The shipment returns to the warehouse and we will contact you for rescheduling. Reshipment after the shipment is returned may incur new shipping charges.

Shipping outside the Kingdom

Currently, we ship within Saudi Arabia only. If you need shipping to another Gulf country, Get in touch with us and we will arrange a special quote.
